Metabolic Efficiency Testing allows us to see exactly how your body utilizes fat and carbs during rest and exercise. Testing must be performed (in your local area) in order for me to analyze your results and create a custom nutrition plan. I will help you find a testing facility in your area. Before the test, I will recommend a specific protocol based on your needs. When you are done with your test, simply send me your results. I will create a custom report and we will discuss the details and plan of action during our coaching calls.
