Trying to navigate the world of fad diets is complicated and can be very overwhelming. As an Integrative Health Coach, I believe that no one diet or lifestyle works the same for everyone. I believe in making consistent healthy choices so it becomes a sustainable approach to health and wellness. Each person has unique characteristics and needs, so I work one-on-one with you to help you discover your imbalances and begin the healing process. If one area in your life is off, it can impact other aspects. For example, if you are not eating well it may negatively impact sleep patterns, stress levels and your overall quality of life. We focus on understanding what nourishes you both on and off the plate so that you can reach your highest potential. Health Coaching is a 6-month commitment. This is not a cookie cutter program and it’s not a diet. During our time we will focus on making lasting lifestyle changes to achieve health and wellness.
